Warranty

This Xceed power tool is covered by a 12 month term for domestic (home) use from the original dat of purchase.

This warranty covers faulty workmanship and material and will be replaced or repaired if found to be faulty within this period.
 

All warranty claims will have to the original receipt sale to be verified as proof of purchase.

Positec Australia Pty Limited reserves the right to reject any claims if proof of purchase is not made available.

This warranty only applies provided that the tool has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations under normal use and with reasonable care.

This warranty does not cover any of the following points also with the tool

• Being dropped
• Being clamped in a vice
• Being altered in any way
• Being used in a Trade of Hire situation
• Normal wear and tear of usage

The warranty does not cover Consumable accessories such as drill bits, driver bits, sandpaper, sanding belts, grinding discs etc.

Positec Australia Pty Limited accepts no additional liability to this warranty for any costs of travelling of transportation of product or parts to and from servicing agents.

An authorised servicing agent must carry out all warranty work.

Any work or modification performed by a non authorised agent will void this warranty.

Battery packs are considered to be a consumable item. The warranty on the battery packs is 6 months from the date of purchse.
